The Pink ones are of Legendary set ingredients, in order to get the mythic set quests the legendary set has to be crafted & the questline needs to completed.
Guess fangs right now cost around 1-1.5K each, not checked on runes & cryogem fragments as usual from orc tags & planarite ingots from planar tombs npc.
U need to craft vial of orcsbane using fangs, each vial needs 15 fangs to craft.
