Glowstick shielding not lasting 6 seconds

My latency is green and ping of 80-150, and either way you count it from the time it's activated till the shield is gone is 4 seconds instead of the written 6 seconds. I've used many timers and also counting it and is very noticeable. Nekros shield was supposed to last 6 seconds and when those two are activated, glowsticks goes down 2 seconds earlier. Please look into it. I've also posted in another thread about nilbogs AA bug and it too only lasts 3 seconds instead of 5. It would make a huge difference in pve against those curse mages which is what I bought these for.
