I try to start the game and make my character but it keeps disconnecting me saying that i need an update but i dont know how to get the update. Help appreciated :)

I don't mean to sound offensive in any way, but isn't it kind of sad you have to come on another game developers' forum to try and get your problems sorted out? I mean, don't they have a forum just like we have here? O.o
