I'm by no means a PvP rogue but the following is the usual generic skill build :-
AimShot
Nox
SP
Medic pack
Usual PvP pet : Nekro/Maridos
BUT......this is my rig for guild battle, although I haven't participated yet, too noob lol

You'll be left with 4 skill points.
Optional: razor shield as 5th skill, good to vs Warriors (increased duration and spinning freedom upgrades).
