Mage? Int/Str or Dex?

Depends on level, pve/pvp, etc.

If shooting for endgame (85): Full int is always good for pve. It produces the best skill dmg for mages. If you're looking to pvp then dex mage is probably the best option at the moment. Have enough dex for your gear level and then put the rest in int.

Other levels... Varies.

I would always go full int unless I'd want to use a certain str or dex set and then I'd go just enough to equip
Full int gives best skill damage/ heal and best regen
The usual reason to go str is to increase survivability or dex to get up your hit and crit
If you got the gold to buy a 3pc dragon ring you can address those things and stay full int

Just want to add
I know every build is a compromise
But don't do full str mage unless it's a 0 kills 0 deaths char and even then O.o
Else just do not do it :(
