So I've been trying these out in different situations and here's a couple of conclusions:
1. Not very useful on mobs. By the time you get in position to drop bomb and then light it off (countdown delay) most mobs are handled by a good party.
2. Not very effective against mobile mini bosses and bosses. It's hard with the delay to catch a boss that moves a lot in AOE.
3. Works good against Lich and Vori. The 5 second stun works well against them. Last run I could have just kept stunning them but I ran out of bombs.
I ask anyone with pointers using these to post here. I hope this helps and good luck!
