Banning for no reason

First of all , why are u monitoring players gold? Some of my friends got ban cuz they have so many golds , i mean why? Does having many golds will lead u to get ban? And one more thing , why are u asking a player where did they got this amount of gold etc. So why dont u remove trading system if u dont like players to get many golds , i mean why do u want know where did they got this amount of gold ? Hmmm so heres a scenario so if i bought an undying orb for 18m and sell it for 20 or so wud u ban the player who recieve that amount of gold? So ur like banning player for no reason . Just think of it eh? If im a merchant then merching will only lead u to banning so why did u guys implement trading system ? For banning players for being a merchant?

So many players are complaining about these random ban like for example u ban my device for no reason. Is it really necessary i mean why? So accessing my acc to my new device will lead u to device ban in short .ppl out there dont buy new device keep with ur old device as they run slow throughout the years cuz u wont be able to play al cuz they will just ban u if u use ur new device

Have never heard of STS banning merchants for no reason.
If you truly did nothing wrong, you ll probably be unbanned of you can show them that.

Banned for using new device? Never heard that one before if so then i should've been banned too bcoz I'm not using the original device that my account registered with, in which i was not and still playing till this day.

Well im using my phone to play and today i just bought an ipad and when im about to log in it then bam device ban

If you truly did nothing wrong, you ll probably be unbanned of you can show them that.

Well if u know iuit he got ban cuz of too many golds etc. Tho he was a merchant

Contact support for questions as normal players cannot help you with this kind of stuff.

same here, I got device ban @.@/ dont even know why, heard many from purge guild reported for tt, sadly I havent made ss of what they tt all the time .. I pm sts few days ago also JustG told me to write support, I havent gotten any answer yet.

Agree, also my friend lost 45M gold at his toon, all out of sudden.. She emailed sts, had to wait 3weeks for a reply and they said "It's a scam, we can't do anything about it" altho She never ever gave data to someone else. It is BS, removing gold from rich players?? Yes it is!

PS: 99.9% sure this thread or comments will be removed (negative ones). It's always like this ^-^ ... The truth is hard we all know, Just accept the consequences.

Problem with game is flow of gold, there are so many millions raining around coz of gold loot things. This circulation need a nerf or at least make a proper implementation of trade where no one can buy sell items of higher amount like 50m+ without a formal confirmation from sts.
