Exalted rank gone

I have sent a message to support over a week ago and didn't get a response yet, that's why I'll write it here...I was already exalted rank, also have a crafted halo vanity in my inventory but due to this septum uru quest, which i had taken by mistake, my rank is gone and i am back to lightbearer elite...I have spent many many hours and millions of cash to get exalted and due to one tap it's gone? I know it's partly my fault as i accepted the quest but i was just running through town, getting all quests in order to get more somber tokens...Please sts fix this, there must be a way to cancel this quest and get back to dark apo

They said before they won't turn back the exalted rank, but after a few players found out that the x/100 Templar/Dark elixirs Quest didn't worked.. whatever they did it stucked at 0/100... Sadly:(

A few days ago a dev replied to this:

I am saying that I also don't want to blow another 1.2mil for those elixirs, while I have already done everything needed for exalted rank, i surely won't buy 100 templar elixirs...hope you can do something about that

They fixed the Quest. But u have to do Templair Quest again spend in 100 elixir, drag bar, planarite ingot, etc.

Respectfully, you fixed that it could happen again so easily but didn't fix that some of the people who were affected lost a lot.
If the idea is that it's too complicated to go through the coding to adjust things for those affected, or that it would take up too much manpower, then why not just give the crafting components to those who file a ticket?
That seems more fair and easy than essentially saying "too bad try again".

Imo this was messed up from STS' side, putting the rebalancing quest line on top of the npc who usually gives two daily quests, so that after buying the proof of balance 'exalted' u automatically got the deranking if u tap inattentively.

This first page of a long text with only one red word 'very' isn't a real warning of what will happen, also it says 'I don't think you understand', so why did u put the check box 'I understand,let's do it' below the first page? To prevent people from making this huge mistake, the check box should have been set only underneath the whole text to either make people read what they are about to do, or to make those people who are not that familiar with the English language beginning to wonder when they see colored paragraphs.

Just because you implemented a system of balance and the possibility of changing sides doesn't mean that players who already finished this huge grind are willing to invest even more and do the cleansing process before being able to restart the quest line for the other side.

Some players accidentally tapped on the npc and those who deranked before your fix should get help. If it was me who got deranked I wouldn't bother redoing it, since it's already now difficult to find players for mausoleum and 4 x gambling in crafting voice chests, nty , I'd prefer to buy from cs.

Cara.. lets be honest.. even if we send an email we get no responds or we have to wait 5weeks before we get one.. Forum is the only place to get attention from the devs.. and y'all send us back to the support thingy which doesn't even support.. altho u got tons of proofs.. lol..

after 1,5 weeks support replied me that they can't help me? So I have wasted all that time and cash for nothing?? sry but this can't be serious! Idc in which way i get back to exalted rank but i surely won't throw in another 1.2mil for those templar elixirs...I don't mean to be rude but this can't be the way you are treated as a loyal player

To be honest, the quest for rebalancing should be really placed on a different and more obscure NPC, or allow for cancellation of quest. This has happened to at least 3 of my guildmates as well.
