idk who this person is but he is telling my friends that i got banned and now started a new char and asking for gold and pets which id never do.
PLEASE do not belive it is not me...

This happens periodically. While people can have similar names just because it's the internets, actually pretending to be someone is a scam. Report to support.

I hope sts will take a good look about naming mechanics, like for example just adding a letter to make it look similar like the original (mssweety) and the alleged impostor (msssweety) there should be a filter for making new names it filters account date created,location, ,ip address etc so an impostor arent allowed to maked similar named ign from other players.

i have seen many imitation of my name ign and i love that. it is a horrible idea to prevent people for not choosing similar name as a lot of usernames are taken already. if they dont do that people struggle to find unique or semi unique names. Just read the names carefully, it's your fault for being lazy. it is too much work for sts to implement the requested feature
