It's the Quest to Rebalance, when your for example Luminous Templar rn, with the Rebalanced Quest you'll reset your Luminous Templar Rank and be able to become Dark Apostle (for example to complete your Voice set by crafting it).. as far as I know this way is not as much Effort than your first Road to Exalted rank.
BUT
It seems like there is a problem with the first Quest, the consuming 100 Elixirs .. whenever ppl open them in Somberholt they dont count and stick at 0/100..
ANYWAY
This is (should) be fixed (Carapace said). It's at ur own Risk.. but if u got another 3-4m to spend.. sure go ahead.. but if I were you.. Just Stay at your current Rank and don't get urself demoted.. aka Just don't accept the Quest and Just ignore it.
Again it's your own decision, be wise!

He got 110k+ points atleast, his current Rank is Exalted. (110k+ is needed to start Exalted Questline).
