Ability to send notfication to offline friends once per day

just please , its a pain to cordinate anything with all the time zones... If we could simply send a notification to a player thats on our friend list once in 24 hours it would help out alot

U can send messages to offline ppl already but u must have a tavern for it i guess and to buy post stamps from which is cheap
