Help plz i need a build for lvl 20
I have a toyman lvl 20 and alchemists robe lvl 5. I put just enuf int to use and rest in dex is that a good option or more in int?

If this is for PvE, that's fine.
Build:
1 Mana shield
1 res
5 BOV
3 heal
1 ice storm (or frostbite)
4 lightning
4 fire
But that's for PvE. I assume this is for the Halloween event? :) , And you should get the level 15 crafted if you can.
