arcane parchments quest reset ? why i can't buy recipe nekro egg ?

I bought a Nekro recipe for the first time 2-3 days ago (before this week's update), and I did the quest months earlier.
Maybe you completed the parchment quest on another character? I didn't quite remember which character had it, either, and I only have 2 lol 61's ^^;
