They won't... It was awarded for the players that spent countless hours slaving in the sewers. There would be TONS of people mad at STS if they decide to.

And if they give it to all who leveled to 56 even after the cap, those who earned it and spent plat for it will get cheated. Devs said they won't release it. It's gone for good.

Live with it, you weren't here so too bad. And this applies to EVERYONE.
In real life, you get one chance. Not your fault if you didn't decide to buy the stock market ten years earlier.
No one will change it for you, so just learn to forget and grab the level 61 shield while it is still there.

ppl want it because if u have that with the lvl61 shield u get a "stat bonus" which is: +5 Dodge, +50 Health, & +10 Armor

Quest with a ridiculous amount of work comparable to what it took to grind from 55-56? YES!
10,000 snowballs? 20,000? 30,000? :-)
1,000 Gold Fever Kills? hehehehe.
200 kills of EVERY Sewer boss? bwaaaahahahaa.

With the really nice set bonus it offers, I really think it would be nice to have a way for players who started after to EARN it, but not BUY it. And it should take as much, no, even *more* effort than it took me to grind to 56.

As discussed at least in 10 different threads before, people had their chance (for 6+months), the crown is gone, can't get it anymore, just move on.

I understand ur question, I also dont have the crown, but it isnt fair for guys who trained so long for it (or just bought some 4 x elixers)...
