Pls Help for mage gear 61

i want to ask what gear do you guys use for lvl 61 mage?
is mythic armor 61 good?
and why helm mythic armor only lvl 60? can we upgrade it?

I'm using legendary gear brutality 61 because I'm poor lol
Mythic armor 61 isn't good. Get balanced armor lvl60 also helm is 60 too but i don't see that it's better somehow than my brutality except that it adds abit of armor, crit and takes damage. We cant upgrade balanced gear. Only mythic armor 61 can be upgraded to arcane but it will cost you millions.
