Does not deserve a bothering, it's common, these things should be enjoyed and laugh.
While I was leveling my mage w/o any vanity, I don't bother to wear, all I did Pm-ed 'go' someone standing still on dungeon. The afterwards chats made me laugh hard. I enjoy such situations :)

Harassment is bannable. Then again I don't like being called newgen either. But you didn't really harass him.
