I'm pretty sure this sai had a white handle tough. I didn't get a chance to screen it. Maybe some hidden NPC sells it. Like the one in fathom but its not him. Anyway, thanks. Maybe it is that one.

Have you tried visiting every town and exploring each map to find every npc seller stor?
It definitely wil be time consuming if you put effort into it and double check every time you're not sure if you remember that *oh i think that npc isn't a store*.
It might just work out and be worth the effort.
