So can someone tell me all the ways we can make money in this event?

I'll say what i (personally) know about moneymaking this event. And will ask a question, at the same time.
So. In short, my question is: Am i delirious or is justg delirious? i mean, this was not rhetorical question - i don't know the answer. He says:

... you are still printing money with it (the event)... just enjoy!

...we are sure you'll make plenty of money on it.

(Goblin chests are dropping 1500 gold instead 5000) Intentional nerf, we'll change the item description tomorrow. Yes we know it's unpopular, you can still make tons of gold.
My question is HOOOOW?? Whhhat i'm missing? What is there in this event for f2p players? f2p i say - so excluding popping crates, excluding buying energies,... - only farming essences & crafting energies. What he sees (in it) that i don't?
I see this: this year you'll get At Least three times less then last year (form tokens), because chests obviously drop out from consideration (would be waste of tokens, drop mainly green trash), vanities are not tradeable, as for nilbog and ironbite - 'ofcourse not' (looking at their price), same goes for the wild talisman. So, the one and only option left is nightshade. (i exclude recipes because they can 'potentially' make profit Only in future, And, it is unknown if they will). So Nightshade, But - he has a price now below 300k, which is triple less then last years. (And, btw, last year it was about 25-30% more profitable to buy and open chests then buy nightshade with tokens and sell). And Nightshade's price will certainly fall more during the event, even more so when he is the only profitable option.
So. What i can see - is at least three times less token conversion into gold (than the previous' year).
G? what your are talking about? 1500tokens into 250k-ish gold - is money printing? when you gotta farm your essences, for 1500tokens? enlighten me (or someone enlighten me) if i'm missing something, but i think i covered all from token vendor. (And, the gold drops This particular event are nothing. And, gore-blin boss is excluded too from pure f2p, because requires 3 plat purchasable energies (I know they are tradeable ofc - my question was - is there Anything in there, in this event, if you wanna exclude buying anything plat related? If you just wanna participate, without buying - only farming.))
On top all this '1500tokens for 200-300k', the economy will stay as stagnant as it is now, meaning gold cannot be made from selling some other items. So what's good in this event, if you wanna make profit, not vanities?

Someone tell me if i'm wrong. And where/why i'm wrong. But i don't see right now, where i could be wrong. So this would mean, justg is wrong. Anyone? Agree? Is this event 'money printing'/'tons of gold making', for f2p?
(And don't tell me that this game is made (only) for plat players because i already know this fact, ty. I'm asking is there anything here for F2p players.)

PS: I'm not negative writing this post, i'm just seeking info. I will be GLAD if it turns out that I'm wrong(if i'm missing something) - if someone can point out what it is - because i don't think that they would change something in this event now. But i doubt i'm wrong.
PS: I decided to voice my opinion, because i obviously fully disagree with dev's opinion (until someone points out what i'm missing, if any), so i thought i should at least Say, what i think. ('feedback' is a good thing, right?)
