Noxious haste

Does anyone have it? If so can anyone post video of it in action.like in PvP and is it worth it? Makes the stats real bad ....
And yea I'm talking bout Twink lvls only ty for reading any help is appreciated

With proper jewels it results in 150 health 10 dmg and 5 crit decrease from ur original stats. As for the actual gameplay come on in game:)
