Make auction available for all levels

There is a flaw in the game where a low level for example: a lv 3 can't buy gems/weapons higher than their level in auction (e.g. 4,5,6,7...etc) It kind of frustrating especially when players don't know the price of a item in auction. It should be fixed and players of all levels should be able to buy/sell despite what level the item is.

All players are able to purchase items regardless of their levels
On the bottom section of the auction screen, there is an option that says "show usable only"
Disable it and you will be able to see all items
