What happened to twink bear pvp?

Hello Alterrans,

I've recently came back to Pocket Legends to pvp with my bear. I left after Sts implemented that debuff thing. I haven't had much time to study how much it changed pvp for lower levels before I left. Now that I came back, i noticed it's pretty hard for my 22 bear to scratch someone before I die - in some cases. What is going on? Any tips on how to handle this?

I was a pretty proficient pvper before I left, this debuff thing makes me feel like the inner noob I truly am, which is not good.

What do you mean by "debuffs"? Do you mean bear nerfs during the 76 cap? or overall dodge nerf for the whole game? If it has been a long time since u played, it may be the gear. Twink gear is constantly changing from what I hear.

I left during the 80-81 cap, i hear it's at 85 now.

Yes, I'm talking about the dodge and hit deficiency for all classes. My gear is 21 pink fb, plat pack helm, a dmg/hit ring, and i think i use dex hallo or art for body armor, so it shouldn't be that.
