Story Quest List Empty (many quest Accepted)

Can you help me please i have a bug : The Quest List is empty

,i accepted many mission but the list stay in zero,and the only way to unlock areas is through the cities T_T .
In asus memopad 7 K01A android 5.0 username : INZTEAM ,and i have a error with benadik(i clicked unaviable missions) i am level 42 i playing without seen quest T__T

Your blank quest list is because you selected a completed quest and unchecked Show Completed Quests in the options.

You can't talk to Benedikt about that quest because you haven't spoken to his sister yet.

really? i have a alerts of quest this redirect me to quest list empty and if check completed not redirect me to quest

The quest list opens to the last tab you had selected when clicking an alert. If you clicked on the Side tab and then closed the quest list, it would open to the Side tab when you clicked a quest alert.

Your Story tab looks to be empty because you have 67/68 completed. I'm assuming you have Show Completed and Show Unavailable unchecked in the quest list options? Is the list empty with both of those options checked?
