Can u give me back my Tavern , And Volcano,mountain, city,forest,winter locations those items are In my character but I deleted my character and I forgot to remove it .. Hope you can give me back my items

I deleted my char along with items in the past as well and the support helped me get everything back. Just kindly explain what happened, best of luck :)
