I never noticed until now, but birds have a 21 SECOND cooldown on their attacks? That is way to long....

Birds, while simultaneously being the coolest/sexiest characters, are pretty useless compared to the other classes. Obliteration has noticed that after using a skill, a bird needs to wait 21 seconds to use it again, while the other classes can use 'em again a lot faster.

Hmm I don't know. My main character's an avian too, but I feel I'm going to be pissed if I get to fight another bird who can shoot area explosions every 10 secs.
