So basically, If I leave a guild I Made and purchased. To join another, can I got back to my old guild?

No, If there's no one in your previous guild, It will just dissolve. However, if you have members in the guild and you leave, they will be in a GMless guild where no one can promote/demote. If you wanna leave your guild and go explore, transfer ownership of the guild to a trusted friend, and have him transfer back when you wanna come back.
