Is anyone else having problems logging in? I reset my password a few times but I enter the new password correctly and it continues to claim I entered the wrong password

this isnt a login issue but trialplay always gets an error and i cannot do the offers. this happened for the second time after an offer and it didnt give me my plats please help with this problem
