I guess its nearly a no brainer to include an in-game digital clock in sts games PL and SL atm.

Id like to see this clock on the log in/off page or on the 1st character page menu.
Dont think we need it on the playing screen, we are no time freak.
Only checking when needed.
And why not the same clock in the forum.

This would help a lot of people to have an in-game reference time. Its a headache sometimes to try to transpose or calculate other peoples time from all over the world to the one of my own timezone.

The unique referential in-game time should be the STS one.

This would help gatherings of players for guild reunion,
pve runs,
pvp fights,
starting time for special events or games,
time range of devs visiting PL or SL,
...

Right next to the Battery sign in the options maybe? :)

I don't blame STS though. Similar to casinos, no windows, no sunlight, no time-frame = people in there for hours on end :D

I love the idea. :)

Although this has been suggested before, I like the idea. Or how about a 'wall' of clocks, with times from all over the world. Would be great to have that in balefort or guild hall IMO :D

Noooo Elly... thats 1 more click to access it.
I know im lazy lol :p

Thats what I thought, seeing it at log in/off page is enuf for me. Since sometimes you only need to check once b4 starting playing.
Or an other good spot on the avatar page, for a quick easy check.

Yea Jay, I think it was suggested long ago in PL, but cant find trace on my android search with diff key words.

Accessibility and easy to create/add in PL/SL were my main concerns. So for me being able to check in log in/off page or the avatar page would be easier.
I'm not sure if time were just only given in town it would practical. Would be annoying to quit a good random pve team runs just to check time :D.

But if STS devs want to work a bit more and add also in game well im really not against it. Having a wall of clocks seems complicate, but I could see a solar time clock in each town of PL or a npc white rabbit with giant clock on necklace givin the ingame time.
Differents guild clocks could be nice option too.
While in SL, the main ship town blackstar could have a giant digital time on screen in the CS room.

One quick thing to add is that before you open the game and right after you close it you can see what time it is on your iPod. It is at the top of the screen, or you could look at a clock in real life. Just stating an opinion.

Ive got a wristwatch, time on my droid phone, time on my pad, clock wall on my office or at home, time on my laptop...
Its not the same time as Elly, Navy,... only Jay in this thread has same time as me.
We are all on different time zone. :)

If want to setup a meeting with them at 5pm in my CET, not sure if they'll get it.
Now with an in game clock in PL/SL, it would b easier to say lets rendez- vous at 5pm PL/SL time.

Game clock would be nice, indeed. Half the time I don't look at my clock for a bit and what I think has been 20 minutes has been 2 hours.

I would REALLY like a 'in map' clock. Time starts from map creation and is stopped when the map is "completed".

The former quake speed runner in me wants to see times to certain checkpoints to see if an improvement was made or not.

The client side (displayed) time could be a client guestimate and the end time serverside (i.e. official). Could be optional and off by default for all I care.
