I'm trying to do a quest for Awesome armor but I can't find gorgox. If someone could help Id appreciate it.

Either in AO3: Intergalactic Combat, or Victory lap. When you hear him roar, or see red at his feet, grab an orb, they'll make you invulnerable from a 2500 damage blast.

I'm not 100% sure what you're asking, but you can look at Ayrilana's quest guide, as it has some info.
