I would like to ask that Why don't there is drop of Elder Blood, Black Vampire, Moontear and Petrified fang for different level caps such as 31, 36? As I heard that Elder blood Lvl 31 and Black Vampire Lvl 31 introduced and kept for sale in Auction. Why don't you make them droppable same as Lvl 41 gems. As we know Obsedian, Serrated wings, Harg Hammer Lvl 31 can be dropped ..Also lvl 36. But Why not moontear 31? Please make Lvl 31 Elder, Black Vampire and moontear droppable. I know that level cap happened long years back. Still many people looking for it but not available anymore. Hope STS introduce it.

It's to increase the amount of platinum sales.
Be thankful we atleast are able to purchase the relics and not rely on greedy players to farm them.

I suggest that STS keep it the way it is, also why would they make these items drop for lower levels? We are at level 41 now..

We are level 41 now but doesn't mean you won't pass lvl 31. Still many people play PVP at different levels. To increase the platinum sales, they can introduce these also. Many people looking for lvl 31 relic gems.
