Well I certainly looked in sewers when they updated the game for the crown. Till then, that was the only place that the prince was located.
Think of it this way.
There's this local restaurant that offers a sweet sweet one time only cheezburger. Then, one day you hear about a new burger they are planning to sell. A triple cheesetowerburger. Because you dont quite know the location of the new place, obviously the first place you're going to look for is the old place, just to give it a shot. The owner 'Bob' tells you the whereabouts of this new, one time only legendary burger. You go there and feast in its epicness. Yes I just compared the vanity item to a cheeseburger. :|
Bottom line, its a good thing sts had the old prince there. Maybe in the future sts can take out the old prince.
