Elite L1 items.

So I have heard the 'new' L1 Elite items drop from Forest Haven bosses... never seen this happen though.
Could anyone point out exactly whitch bosses drop them?

Hm alright, and is it specific L1 drop or can L85's farm it aswell?

It's a scaled item, you need a level 1 character to farm it.

They aren't, I was in L85 pvp and I accidentally looted the L1 dagger from the boss.

L80 friend dropped an L1 elite so it's not scaled. The drop rate for elites may be higher for L1 chars but I don't have any evidence of this.
