@Cinco don't just nerf the Dex set. Nerf dodge on all sets and if you can make other classes not be able to use other class sets.

If you want BOUNDED items, please go play AL. I remember most of the people saying that the most amazing thing in PL is that you can equip any weapon with any character hence it makes it more creative and challenging.

Bound endgame top tier sets as a test would be pretty cool, I'd like to see how PvP would be like then

Endgame sets need to be class specific, That meaning- Dex=birds. Int=Mages. Bear=str. Rhino=Str. Fox=Dex.
This doesn't mean those players can't add dex/int or str to there build. They just can't use a set that's not meant for there toon. This would end the pop balancing issues for the most part. Most classes seem to hold there own quite well when they are played by a skilled person.
