STS made leather fiber trade-able but not plate fiber or cloth fiber.
It also makes sense to have all of the base parts trade-able too if you're going to do it for fibers.

Yeah, this is true. The person who person who reported the initial issue only mentioned the Leather Fibre, so it's probably the only one they fixed. Now they'll fix the rest :)
