there are many claims from regular arena player that they've looted 0 vials since few months ago
can anyone confirm that it's still inside?

Would love to hear STS's explanation for this. Its true that vials were extremely underprice and to fix this the drop rate should've been a bit more rarified but a 0% drop rate is a bit overkill.
There are even rumours circulating that vials aren't lootable from arena chest on an endgame character (lv 61). And to loot vials one must farm on a lower lvl character. Just rumours of course, this hasn't been confirmed by any devs.

I looted a fossil from arena and not one vial during that opening time.

Vial still in the arena chest in egg hunt event i farmed 100 chest every day. In the 4rt day i looted one ao total 400 chest before i looted 1 lol. Or 100 chest. I see some ppl loot in planar tomb too.

The drop rate has been decreased way too much. Before it used to drop me 1 in around 50 chests. Now I havent looted a single one from 500.. As I can see, you guys have the same experiences.
Vial is more rare than arcane. They should increase a little rate for vial.

I opened a lot arena chest. i opened 300+ chest more in egg event . No vial, no fossil but got other things. Bad luck :D

Even if this is not a bug and vials are still dropping, I think we can all agree that the drop rate is way too low. If it is a bug then it should be fixed. If not, then I feel the drop rate should be looked at and adjusted by the devs. Soon the fossil will be cheaper then the vials. If the rumor about lvl 61 players can't loot vials is true, well, there will be a ton of frustrated players who have wasted countless hours farming for nothing. It would be nice if a dev could comment on this, just to make sure we all aren't going crazy

Guys vials arent in arena chests, simple. Sts may think they are lol but they arent..I tested this with 2,400 arena chests, you have a larger chance of getting a fossil than vial (0%chance)
