It takes forever to pack up all house locations one by one, especially when I'm playing on two classes and need to switch classes quickly for PvP. It would be cool to be able to pack up all locations in one go

There already is a pack all option
For locations there is not a pack all option. There's a pack all option for furniture. I mean I'd like the option to pack all of my locations at once instead one one by one.

Better idea would be to make house buffs affect the whole account instead of just one character

Well you still need to run to stash, swap charcter, run to stash again, open them 1 by 1 (exept if they also make a "open all locations" button). I doupt of this idea makes your swap any faster, nontheless nice idea makes it alot easyer but faster, nahh
