So I just completed the quest but it keeps letting me accept it again, but doesnt appear in my quest log. So the npc constantly has the golden ! on top of them.

Its an hourly quest.

I know that mate but thats not what I'm talking about. I took the quest and turned it in in maybe max 30 mins then the quest is availible again from the NPC, however when I accept it again it does not appear in my quest log. Its 100% a bug.

I noticed that even though you can accept the quest over and over you cannot truly accept it until an hour past turning it in. The bug is that the quest shows you can accept it even though an hour hasn't passed.
I'm sure Sts will fix it.

Yep surely a bug hence you can't accept it even it shows you can, though it serves it's purpose as an hourly quest.

Just thought I'd let you all know that you can do the hourly quest non stop (probably a bug that will be fixed soon). Go to place you normally see your elixir buffs. There will be one regarding the hourly quest. Simply remove this and you can take the quest again. No doubt is a bug that will be fixed soon.

Yea it shows u there is a quest but there isnt. U just have to wait it out
