I got the vanity long time ago with the promo code and it seems like you can only do it once.
I think i deleted the character holding the vanities.
Is there any way to get it again?

They're sold in the auction. Check the vanity section in the auction house.

The ones in auction dont have the fire effect. I also deleted mines a long time ago when i started the game

Support might be able to recover it. If not the only other way would be to make new char with diff account info. Email etc..

I have the same problem. No idea when or why i deleted them tho. Byebye predator vanity x/

Why wouldn't they recover it? I just had 124 rengol runes recovered last week. . Unless he deleted it 3 years ago I don't see them not being able to do it.. and even then they should still be able to. Idk from my experience support has always been good for me as far as item recovery goes .
im not 100% sure,but if you make an alt and try the code it might work..but if its account bound guess u'll have to ask suppourt to recover it :/ gl
