Do you email back a "thanks!" when support solves your issue? I can't decide if I should. I feel bad if I don't, but I don't want to spam them either. D:

I've only ever asked for support twice, both time I have said thanks. I don't think that they would view a "thanks message" as spam.

Yes, I do. Also, you often get a request to rate their support later. I usually thank them there again :)

The support guys love to hear from you, especially if it's not to say, "can I have free stuff!?!" :D

What do you mean, 'solves your issues'? I send a lot of reports out everyday, so they would have a lot of thanks coming there way. I only thank them when I suggest changes/add-ons or when they help me out.
