Uhm nobody is selling Taverns

I need to buy a Tavern House deed but nobody is selling it lol.. why should they buy it for 1000 Plat it isnt even worth it. Nobody want to sell it for like 2.5-3 m because they could do like 4 m with 1000 plat

due to rapid growth in population of arlor due not unprotected blah blah more ppl need houses to live so sts will take time in building houses, as of now there are 2000 housing projects underway as an effort to reduce homelessness by the Arlor housing officials.In this 5 day plan sts plans to reduce homelessness by 10%.

well from what i know its super in demand so the prices goes crazy on it and runs out of stock, its for plat coz..idk if it was for gold wouldnt the system be like sirspendalot? ud spend like 5m on a tavern and u cant trade it or something which wouldnt help the situation+makes everybody running around with locations buffs
