Looking 4 new guild

Hi im novalblast, a lvl 15 engineer, and would like to join an active guild. i currently hav a guild, but it is inactive, ANY1 can join, EVERY1is an officer, and and NO1 is nice. i wud like a guild that is OPPOSITE OF THIS. Plz comment on this, if i can or cannot join. Also it wud be nice if alot of ppl play PL in the guild, and EXTREMELY NICE IF THERE ARE GUILD ITEM GIAWAYS AND SUCH!!!!

I know that a lot of members from Sparkling Pwnies also play PL and the GM Lilmiss has a remarkable personality and is very nice. I believe they are only looking for members lvl 28+, but you may want to check them out.
