Well games don't show up on the list of servers (only Alterra shows up in the server/realm list). If you mean the list of games, then probably one of two reasons. Either there is nobody in your level group playing PvP (only those games would be displayed), or you have them filtered out by some criterion in the games list screen. I would guess it's probably the former.
