This guy offered 2.45mil for my immo and then the price changed to 245k.
I spotted it but many people might not and may result in losing a lot of hard earned gold.
This is a mage i found in pier today who tried digit change scamming.

I think its just fine how the trade system works, if u keep your eyes open and always double check the amouth of gold then there should be no problems.

You can actually. When mass buying items in cs.
Some people list items extremely overpriced so that people accidentally buy them when mass buying.
Example x event lock for 40k, x scum listes one for 400k in hopes of getting bought accidentally by x victim.
Just like trade window it would be x victim their own fault for not paying good attention :)

Yep, He tried it on me too once. He keeps on shifting from Paradise Pier to Expedition Camp and looks for victims to scam.
P.s. He is not the only one, there are more

And in my opinion, scamming leads to scamming. As in if someone gets scammed, then the victim is devastated and looks for revenge and tries to scam even others the same way he/ she was scammed.

I also got scammed by this "mishistar", lost around 1.2m. I've already reported him 2 weeks ago but I guess sts doesn't care 😭

PS: I don't have ss 'cause I was in rush and that's also the reason why I didn't noticed the digits changed.
