Crown of Persistence

YEA I know, been talk about before.....but what i would like to know is why on the start up screen, it says in the info box {New level crafted 60 glyph armor & weapons. New user interface. New vanity Crown of Persistence from the fallen prince}didnt see it at fallen prince. got lvl 61 only received shield. Is it still available or am i missing something. BTW didnt get it at lvl 56. I know i missed out, just curious why its on info block. Thanks for any response.

It new cos now it is a vanity helmet instead of previous a helm of str, int or dex. U craft it to a vanity from the fallen prince using the old helm of persistance.

Oh no wonder! I was confused when someone said that item alone gives no stat increase i was like WHAT O.O
