Please raise the virtual joystick

Please return it to its original position. It's too low. It is not where we hold our devices or where our thumbs lie. Please move it back up.

iPad I assume, isn't there a slider option for it:


It looks like it's a bug, but changing the size of the virtual joystick in the options menu, actually move the joystick up (bigger) or down (smaller). See screenshots below:
