Please back the delevel system

I am a twink player and some of twink wants/needed too delevel because we sometimes accidentaly level up . In every account or character once only delevel is enough so the we twinks/players dont abusing to use delevel

He meant by accidentally clicking the npc in paradise pier which boosts u to lvl 57 if u're below that lvl...
