In the new halloween lvls will we get xp or not I'm a lvl 30 who really wants to get to 31 but will I have to keep doing slouch or can I do the new map???

Most likely no xp.

If ur only 30 then yes you will still get xp, shipyard isnt an event level, its going to be a permanent level.

Last year's PL Halloween event gave no xp so I would assume the same would be applied to SL this year :) but as he stated it is not an event it is a permanent addition

Little mixed up here my eyes are going crosseyed.
Halloween is most likely goin to tlbe similar to Jetpack/BBQ an event.. Halloween Holo-Pumkin head.
Shipyards on the other hand will be a full spine (5 levels) with new content and such.. which is rumored to have 3 main spines to the story.. keeping all inter-linked :)
