Can't Open/Use EXP Kits

I try to use xp kits for my twink..when I click open then i got errorr that saying i cant use the exp kit cause there was nothing inside the exp kits.. Devs pls fix it because i want to lvl up my twink..ASAP! Im so lazy to kill mobs to gain some exp

I can open xp kits with my characters. I'll need more details, like what the name of the item you're opening is and any system information (what do you play on, what's the OS version) or other details. Thanks.

Also, do you have XP gain turned off?
