Cheap Pets for mage

I want to buy some pets that cost less than 50k gold. I'm only lvl 16

im not sure of the current prices..but you can use pets such as colton,or anything that gives int as primary stat..(u can get colton useing story tokens)

I would recommend ethyl based on your price range :) also keep an eye out for upcoming events and use these as a way to earn new content for free

Save up for Nightshade. It's worth it. If you absolutely can't spend more than 50k, then Colton as stated above is a good choice. Nilbog is great too if you find him cheap (haven't checked prices recently)

nightshade is by far the cheapest pet that is helpful in terms of stats and aa. go for nightshade, but if you really need a pet right away go for ethyl or colton as mage.

Slobber, Fantasma, and Fenris have nice HB's as well and are affordable, respectable, entry level pets.
