Worth Doing Alien Oasis Quests?

I'm doing the armor crafting quests. Or at least I think that's what they are. I'm getting a lot of pink crafting items. I'm stuck on the quest where I have to kill Gurgox with his purple gem.

Should I just level to 60 and do sewers?
I'm 50 now with the best lvl 45 pinks.

That depends on whether you want the nontradable ao pinks. They are free because of crafting and look cool but if you are lvling to 50+ and not using lv 50 gear then..... You decide :)

If you're talking about the mystery set quest, then yes they are worth doing for the bonus points and high h/s and m/s regen (which I thought was really useful for balefort sewers), unless:

1) you intend to purchase 51 sets for your class, or
2) you intend to use elixir a lot :)

I got by with the mystery armor set and sometimes switching to sewer king bow for the most part of balefort sewer...

Thanks for the info. I think I will skip the quests and go straight for sewer set and demonic glyph. Can't find anyone for gurgox that can actually do the fight.

If you are already level 50 then no, it's not worth doing them now. You should have started them at level 45 so you would have a mystery set by now. Here's what I recommend...
Level to 51 in AO3 with whatever gear you have now (if you try to go to sewers in non-level 50 gear you'll be booted a lot). After you get to 51 then buy level 51 underlings (if your dex), lowmans (int), or the best mix of level 51 str gear you can find and use it to 55. At 55 buy either a custon or raid roach set (if your dex), enchanted or mega mage (int), or sewer helm and plate, cleaners shield and rooters sword (str) and use that til you get to 60. At 58 I decided to get all glyph stuff for my dex bear but decided it wasn't worth it for my mage. That's up for you to decide.

Can't find anyone for gurgox that can actually do the fight. I see you're a pally, but if you're careful, you can probably solo Gurgox with a staff by continually kiting. Easier for archers.

I would do Gurgox just for the experience. But I wouldn't finish the mystery quests at this point since you're already at level fifty. I agree with the advice to just push to level 51 and get an inexpensive 51 set.

You're welcome but I wouldn't bother getting a level 50 set. They aren't that much but they are more than the level 51's and the level 51's are better. I'd stay in AO3 til your 51 and get a 51 set then move on.

You should actually start the AO quests at level 33 or so and move along them as you level up, finally doing a bunch at level 50 in AO3.
