Does hargkyth drop relics? Or his execution only?

On *very* rare occasions Harg drops relic hammer (tho not sure if he drops lvl 36 or 41). He can also drop obsidian relic gem. The bat execution drops the relic axes.

I thought Sinful Luck Bloodstone was the only lucky item, now I guess I need green wisp.
